Contact Leslie to secure the puppy you've chosen via Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal.
If choosing PayPal G&S please include the 3% fee.
STEP THREE:
Complete and sign

As you scroll down you will see a very important form that gives me all required information for claiming your puppy. Please complete this and sign the form at the bottom directly after placing your deposit.
